How do I sign up?
Copy and paste these questions into a wordprocessing document or an email and fill in the information we’ve asked for. Or you can email us for a form at suzanne@500pages.co.nz
Make sure that you have proofread all the material and answered all the questions.
Email it back to us at suzanne@500pages.co.nz with your deposit of $125.
We’ll contact you with any questions and start work on your site.
Your site will be up and running within a week, as long as you have given us all the information we need.

NB: The information you give below will be used to build your website, so please make sure that it has been proofed and that you would be happy to have it on your website unedited.
- Your company name
- Do you have any preferred (domain) names in mind eg www.nameofyourbusiness.co.nz or www.yourname.co.nz
- Would you like us to create you an email address that is the same as your domain name, eg Yourname@nameofyourbusiness.co.nz
- Do you have a logo/photo you would like to have on your website – if so, please supply
- ‘Tag line’ or slogan, if you have one, or a brief description of what you do
- Tell us a bit about any ideas you have that might help us find a good look for your website – about colours, fonts etc or web sites that you like the look of. Your webpage will use a wordpress template, so you could look at http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/ and see if there is anything you like the look of.
- If people were looking for your company in google, what search words do you think would help them find your website?
- Is there anything else that we should know that might help with the design?

You can have up to 5 pages, so please complete the details for the pages you want. There is no limit on the number of words you can use, but bear in mind that the content needs to be easy to read on a computer screen.

This is the page to establish your credentials – maybe give some information about your background, organisations/agencies/companies you’ve worked with.
Services page
This is the page to tell the world what you do. You can say as much, or as little as you like, but try to make it simple. You can call this page something else if you prefer.
A blog page
This is a space for you to share your thoughts with the world – it can be a good way of bringing people back to your site. BUT it needs to be updated regularly and often to have an impact. If you are not going to be able to do this, I would suggest that you don’t bother with one – old blogs make your site look old and uncared for. If you already have a blog that you like to have linked to your site, state the url.
Other pages
List other pages you would like added here – with their suggested names. If you would like any of these pages to be password locked, please state which. 5 pages are included in the $250 fee, further pages can be added for $50 per page.
